Privacy and cookies
The waitlist keeps what you type into the form, uses it for one purpose, and sets one cookie only if you ask it to.
Last updated 17 September 2026.
What we collect
What you enter on the request form: your name, email address, job title, company, and anything you write in the note. Alongside it we keep the page you came from, your browser's language setting, and the time you signed up.
To keep the form from being abused, the server briefly holds the connection address of each request in memory, and it looks up whether your email's domain can receive mail. Nothing is sent by that lookup.
Why
To keep your place in line, to tailor early access to who you are, and to send you one email when your access opens. If mail is configured, you also get one confirmation when you sign up. Nothing else, and no selling or sharing of your details for marketing.
Where it lives
Signups are stored in TurboGem's Supabase Postgres database. The waitlist pages are served by Vercel and by TurboGem's own server. Emails, when enabled, are delivered through Resend; replies and anything you send to our address reach us through Cloudflare Email Routing, which forwards mail on our domain to the mailbox we read. The page's typeface is loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google's servers see the request for the font file.
Cookies
The waitlist sets one cookie, and only when you choose a version of the site with the "View desktop site" link or a ?site= address:
- tg_wl_site — remembers whether you asked for the desktop or the mobile version. First-party, functional, lasts for the browser session, never leaves this site.
The page also keeps that same choice, and a timestamp that stops it from bouncing between versions, in your browser's session storage. There are no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies, and no third-party trackers. Because the one cookie exists only to do something you asked for, no consent banner is shown.
Your rights
You can ask to see what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted at any time. Deleting removes your place in line. To do any of these, reply to any email you receive from us. We keep your signup until access opens for you or until you ask us to remove it.
